1. All Sales Are Final

Because ConvertlyAI incurs non-recoverable costs from third-party AI providers the moment you generate content, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees once processed.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription instantly at any time. You do not need to contact support.

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Billing tab in the sidebar.
  3. Click the purple "Manage Subscription" button.
  4. Select "Cancel Plan" in the secure portal.

*Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Unused Credits

Unused credits do not have cash value. If you cancel, you can continue to use your remaining credits until your account access expires.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error (e.g., duplicate charges), please contact support immediately. We will review transaction logs and issue a refund if a technical error occurred on our end.
