By accessing and using ConvertlyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ConvertlyAI provides AI-powered tools to repurpose video, audio, and text content. We act as a "Processing Tool." While we strive for high-quality outputs, accuracy may vary due to the probabilistic nature of Artificial Intelligence (LLMs).

3. Intellectual Property & Warranties

We separate the "Tool" from the "Content."

Your Warranty (Anti-Plagiarism):

You warrant that you own the copyright to any content ("Input") you upload to ConvertlyAI, or have express permission to use it. You agree that ConvertlyAI is a processing tool and claims no ownership over your data.

Your Outputs:

You own 100% of the rights, title, and interest in the content generated by the AI. You are free to use this content for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., monetized YouTube channels, blogs, etc.).

4. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the service to generate hate speech, illegal content, or harassment.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer the API or scrape the service.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify ConvertlyAI against any claims of copyright infringement resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Subscription & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via the "Manage Subscription" button in your Dashboard. Cancellation is immediate, and access continues until the end of the billing period.
